1. SERVICES
Coach agrees to provide coaching services to Client as follows:
A. Get Hired Masterclass
Client is enrolling in the Get Hired Masterclass, a cohort-based coaching program focused on career positioning, networking, storytelling, and interview strategies. The Masterclass includes:
Live training sessions covering job search strategies, personal branding, portfolio development, and interview preparation
Q&A sessions for real-time feedback and support
Access to pre-recorded materials (after the initial cohort launch)
Community support with other Masterclass participants
Client understands that participation in the Masterclass is not a guarantee of job placement but an opportunity to gain the skills, insights, and strategies necessary to improve their job search outcomes.
B. Private Coaching (if selected)
If Client has enrolled in private coaching in addition to the Masterclass, services include:
Three private coaching sessions (career story, mock interviews, and strategy review)
Personalized resume, portfolio, and LinkedIn feedback
Ongoing, unlimited support via email/chat for three months
Private coaching provides tailored guidance but does not replace the core Masterclass training.
2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Client acknowledges that Coach serves as a mentor and guide, but Client is ultimately responsible for their own results.
Client agrees to:
Attend and engage in live or recorded sessions
Implement the strategies and complete assigned work
Take ownership of their networking, job applications, and interview preparation
Approach coaching with a growth mindset and willingness to take action
Coach does not guarantee employment or specific career outcomes. Success is dependent on Client’s effort, execution, and application of the coaching provided.
3. FEES & PAYMENT
Secure Payment Processing: We use Squarespace Payments to keep your information safe.
All payments are non-refundable except in cases where the program is cancelled.
4. RECORDINGS & CONTENT USE
Participant acknowledges and agrees that:
Live training sessions will be recorded and may be used for future versions of the Masterclass. These recordings will be available to future participants as view-only content (no downloads).
Live Q&A sessions will also be recorded, but access will be limited to members of the same cohort.
By enrolling, participant grants express consent to be recorded for educational and program-related purposes.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY & PROFESSIONALISM
All coaching discussions remain confidential. However, Client is encouraged to engage with the group setting to maximize learning.
Coach reserves the right to remove any participant from the program if their behavior is disruptive or violates community guidelines.
6. CANCELLATION & TERMINATION
If Client withdraws before the start date, fees may be credited toward future coaching at Coach’s discretion.
If Client violates the Agreement, Coach may terminate participation without a refund.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in the King County, Washington.
