1. SERVICES
Coach agrees to provide coaching services to Client as follows:
A. GET HIRED MASTERCLASS (MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION)
Client is subscribing to the GET HIRED Masterclass, an on-demand program focused on career positioning, storytelling, networking, and interview strategy. While the subscription is active, it includes:
Access to all four pre-recorded training modules
Templates, worksheets, and exercises
Live office hours twice a month for direct feedback and Q&A
Client understands that participation in the Masterclass is not a guarantee of job placement but an opportunity to gain the skills, insights, and strategies necessary to improve their job search outcomes.
B. MASTERCLASS + 1:1 COACHING
If Client has enrolled in private coaching, services include access to the Masterclass described in Section A for the coaching term, plus:
Four 60-minute private coaching sessions, one per month
Personalized resume, portfolio, and LinkedIn feedback
Mock interviews and targeted preparation for specific opportunities
Unlimited support between sessions via email, voice note, or video for four months
The coaching term is four months, beginning on the date of the first coaching session. Sessions are to be used within the term. Private coaching provides tailored guidance but does not replace the core Masterclass training.
2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Client acknowledges that Coach serves as a mentor and guide, but Client is ultimately responsible for their own results.
Client agrees to:
Work through the course modules and attend scheduled sessions
Implement the strategies and complete assigned work
Take ownership of their networking, job applications, and interview preparation
Approach coaching with a growth mindset and willingness to take action
Coach does not guarantee employment or specific career outcomes. Success is dependent on Client’s effort, execution, and application of the coaching provided.
3. FEES & PAYMENT
Masterclass Monthly Subscription: $250 per month, billed monthly until cancelled.
Masterclass + 1:1 Coaching: $2,997 paid in full, or four monthly payments of $750. The four-payment option is an installment plan for the full program. All four payments are due once coaching begins.
Secure Payment Processing: We use Squarespace Payments to keep your information safe.
All payments are non-refundable except in cases where the program is cancelled by Coach.
4. RECORDINGS & CONTENT USE
Client acknowledges and agrees that:
Office hours may be recorded and made available to current subscribers as view-only content (no downloads).
Private coaching sessions may be recorded for Client’s own reference and will not be shared with others.
Course videos, templates, and worksheets are for Client’s personal use and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed.
By enrolling, Client grants express consent to be recorded for educational and program-related purposes.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY & PROFESSIONALISM
Private coaching discussions remain confidential. Office hours are a group setting, and what Client shares there is visible to other participants.
Coach reserves the right to remove any participant from the program if their behavior is disruptive or violates community guidelines.
6. CANCELLATION & TERMINATION
Client may cancel the monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access ends at that time.
If Client withdraws from private coaching before the first session, fees paid may be credited toward future coaching at Coach’s discretion.
If Client violates the Agreement, Coach may terminate participation without a refund.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in King County, Washington.
