I know firsthand how challenging the hiring process can feel—because I’ve been on both sides of the table.
As a former hiring manager at Microsoft, I’ve reviewed countless resumes, conducted interviews, and made final hiring decisions. I understand exactly what hiring teams look for—and more importantly, why most candidates fail to stand out.
