Product strategist. Framework builder.
20+ years listening to customers and helping companies grow.

My Story

I spent 12 years at Microsoft as a Principal Design Research Manager, working across communication, time management, content consumption, and productivity.

Before that, healthcare and banking. Over 20 years in total, and more than 40,000 hours listening to customers across 19 countries.

Then I had what I like to call the "best midlife crisis ever." I quit a successful career to move to Paris and study French language and poetry.

Acknowledging the toxic effects of burnout led to new inspiration and healing. Not finding the company I wanted to work for next, I became an entrepreneur and founded Amplinate, a cross-cultural, international research and AI product strategy firm.

The rest of the time:

I live in Paris, France. I play piano, study languages (French, Spanish, Portuguese, German), and celebrate my love for food, wine, and travel around the world.

The Book

Jay Abraham and I are now co-authoring a book together: The Three Pillars of Business Growth: Insight and Innovation on the Path to Preeminence.

It brings together years of direct client work, a founding cohort that stress-tested every idea, and a shared belief that growth should be geometric, not incremental.
